"Chair was way bigger than expected"
I ordered this thinking it would fit my desk based on the sizing, but it feels huge and really awkward. The seat is way too deep for me and the armrests don’t line up right, so it’s just not comfortable to use. When I reached out about it, I felt kind of talked down to, like I just didn’t understand how chairs are supposed to fit. I just wish the measurements had been clearer from the start.

"Nice chair once I got it dialed in"
I picked this up for my desk because I’ve been spending way too much time sitting there lately, especially in the afternoons when my back usually starts complaining. It took me a little while to get everything set up and adjusted the way I like, but once I figured out the height and lumbar settings, it made my workdays a lot more comfortable. Good chair overall, just be ready to spend a few minutes tweaking it.

I reached out about a problem with my chair and support took a few days to get back to me. Then they told me it wasn’t covered under the warranty anyway. Kinda frustrating felt like a waste of time.

"Not sure it’s good for long sitting"
The chair looks decent enough, but I’m just not really finding it comfortable. After sitting in it for a little while, the seat starts to feel hard, and the back support doesn’t seem that strong to me. I kept moving around trying to get comfortable throughout the day. Maybe it works better for shorter use, but for the price, I expected more. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Delivery delay made me a bit uneasy"
The chair showed up much later than expected, and the tracking hardly updated the whole time. I’m cautious about deliveries, especially for bigger items, so not knowing where it was for days was frustrating and made me worry it might get lost. The chair eventually arrived, but the whole shipping experience was annoying.

"Such a pain to put together"
Putting this chair together was a nightmare. It took way longer than it should have because the holes didn’t line up right, and one of the screws stripped almost immediately. The instructions weren’t much help either, so I ended up having to take parts back apart and redo them twice. For what it costs, I really expected a smoother setup. Super frustrating.

"Feels flimsy, and the terms changed on me"
I wanted to like this, but after about a month the frame is already wobbly and the screws feel really cheap. It just doesn’t feel like it’s going to hold up. What annoyed me even more is that the terms seemed to change when I went back to check the return/warranty info, so now I’m stuck dealing with something that feels way weaker than expected...
